Will, 1771 June 12.

Probate copy of a Norfolk County, Virginia, will. Simpson bequeaths all possessions to wife, Ann Simpson, and names her executrix. Written 14 September 1767 and proved 12 June 1771. Witnessed by John [?] Carteret, E. Leigh, and Tho[ma]s Watson. John Gathorne appears as the "lawful attorney" of Ann [Simpson] George, she having married William George after Simpson's death.
